Naveed Saifi is from Badakhshan, Afghanistan. He has over thirteen years of experience and has worked with several organizations such as Roshan, AKHC, and The First Microfinance Bank, with his latest position as the Financial Controller of the First Microfinance Bank. He has bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from the American University of Afghanistan ( AUAF) and Kardan University and currently pursues ACCA.

Naveed currently works as the  Finance and Grant Manager with Afghan Youth Ambassadors for Peace Organization and has been AYAP since its inception. He oversees all Finance and Grant related activities and ensures that the AYAPO follows the covenants of the donated funds.
